If you need to return an item you have purchased, we ask that you do so within 14 days of receiving the item. To do so, please email us with your reason for the return, together with your receipt number. We will then confirm with a return email and instructions for returning the item.
We realize that there can be problems with "snail-mail". We do our best to ensure that your order is properly packaged before shipping, but if you feel insecure, please choose the option to insure your items upon checkout. Prices for this service may vary.
All prices are subject to change until the items are actually purchased. As well, we cannot guarantee that items will be available at all times. Our online shopping system is very accurate at tracking the availability of items, but that is also dependant upon human maintenance. Since Western Traders also has a physical store, and shares the same inventory as our website, it is possible that an item might sell out before we can update our database. If this should occur, we will contact you with further information.
